The cleanliness of the hotel was really good. I found the hotel facilities to be well-maintained and up-to-date. The staff was friendly and helpful. Transportation in and around the city was conveniently located nearby.

Nestled in the mountains, this hotel was the perfect base for our group of friends looking for a winter getaway. the location was excellent, situated right in the city center and just opposite of the supermarket for any necessities. Our room was cozy with all the necessary amenities, including a well-functioning heater, and the bathroom was spotless. the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure our needs were met. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread each morning with plenty of sweet and savory options to choose from.

The staff could have been more proficient in English to ease communication.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location in the city center of Hetta was perfect, and we loved being right across from the supermarket. It made it so convenient for us to grab any essentials we needed. The hotel itself had a cozy and luxurious atmosphere, making us feel like we were somewhere in the mountains. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed with amenities such as a flat-screen TV and an am/fm alarm clock. We also enjoyed having a terrace with garden furniture, where we could relax and admire the beautiful surroundings.

We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends. It provided enhanced comfort and quality services in a luxurious setting.

The breakfast options were decent, and they had a good selection of hot and cold items. the hotel was located in a convenient and central location in the village, which made it easy to walk around and explore. Finally, the room was cleaned daily, which was a plus.

The Wi-Fi signal was terrible and very frustrating to deal with. This made it incredibly challenging to do work during my business trip, and I had to resort to working offline most of the time.

Great stay up north! The location of the hotel was perfect, with a grocery store just across the street, and a beautiful view of the town. Our room was cozy and clean, and the breakfast had a good variety of delicious food. We also enjoyed taking a dip in the pool and sauna. It was a nice touch to see a gift shop with local souvenirs.
